The Center for Ethical Leadership endeavors to be the respected authority in providing Christian leadership theory and implementation tools for pastors and Christian leaders on a global scale. Our vision is to propagate ethical leadership by providing education, training, and resources to equip pastors and Christian leaders in the following areas:

Passionate Spirituality – Knowing the disciplines required to live a purposeful life, enhancing spiritual maturation, and exhibiting skills required to mentor others effectively;

Profound Knowledge – Acquiring and applying Biblical standards and best practices which effectively and ethically change organizations and people to achieve their full potential;

Ethical Conduct – Understanding authority from a Christian perspective, modeling the use of appropriate inquiry, and distinguishing between acceptable and best practices in ethical dilemmas.
